- LPN to RN:
Reach your full potential by progressing from a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to a Registered Nurse (RN) with our career development opportunities. - We're committed to your professional growth, providing the resources and assistance needed to advance in your healthcare career.
- Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
- A current, unencumbered, active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or combact state.
- A current CPR certification.
- At least one year experience in Long Term Care
- Provides direct nursing care to residents in accordance with resident plan of care including but not limited to medication administration, assessments, wound care and documentation.
- Supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
- Monitor patient's condition and notify physician of any change.
