Donation Material Handler – Part‑time (Lincolnton)

This part‑time role starts at $15 per hour with annual raises and bonuses. • Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load and unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• Work indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.

• Friendly, dependable team player who enjoys helping others.
• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Able to follow safety procedures and handle physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and moving merchandise.
• Open to feedback and eager to grow through free skill‑building opportunities.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and ready to work in a team‑focused environment.
• Physical stamina: standing, walking, using hands, talking, reaching, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, occasionally climbing or balancing. Ability to lift up to 100+ pounds.
