Sales Consultant – Victra – Verizon Authorized Retailer

Victra is Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world‑class service to Every Guest, every time. As a retail sales consultant you will create the ultimate in‑store experience while achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders to share ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make technology look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

• Base hourly rate plus uncapped commission, average salary $40,000–$64,000.
• Paid training and guaranteed ramp‑up during first 60 days.
• Paid time off: 40 hours per year first year, 80 hours per year thereafter.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• All Sales Consultants must complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of start date and participate in ongoing online training.
