Transportation Supervisor

• Develop affective shipping schedules and make certain resources are in place
• Ensure on-time delivery of products to customers
• Supervise the drivers and be a role model for positive attitude and work ethic
• Ensure compliance to Department of Transportation regulations
• Advocate for safety initiatives and promote a safety-first workplace
• Drive preventative maintenance on fleet and keep all vehicles in good working order
• Foster our culture of employee appreciation

• Experience Supervising others and managing resources
• Experience working in transportation, distribution, fleet management, warehousing, dispatching, trucking, and/or logistics
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent organization and communication skills
