1st Shift Warehouse Loader​/Unloader

Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

Freight Breakers is hiring Warehouse Production Associates for our morning operation. This is a hands-on position for people who prefer staying active instead of sitting behind a desk.

Your primary responsibility will be moving tire freight through the warehouse. You'll work with a team to unload and load trailers, move product, build organized stacks, and keep freight flowing safely throughout the facility.

No tire or warehouse experience? That's okay. Training is provided.

• Load and unload tire shipments from trailers
• Move tires with a manual pallet jack
• Sort product by SKU and designated storage area
• Build stable, properly aligned tire stacks
• Use slip sheets as required when stacking
• Check labels and keep product organized
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow OSHA requirements and Freight Breakers safety procedures
• Work with your crew to complete daily production assignments

This position uses a production-based compensation model rather than a traditional hourly structure.

Typical earning potential includes:

• $150-$250+ per day
• $700-$1000 per week at full productivity
• Approximately3-4 trailers per shift
• Trailer payouts generally range from$40-$115+
• Trailer compensation varies according to the weight of the load

The amount you earn depends on the work available, trailer weight, and the amount of freight you and your team complete.

New employees receive hands-on instruction covering:

• Tire handling
• Trailer loading and unloading
• Pallet jack operation
• Stacking procedures
• Warehouse safety
• Production expectations

After successfully completing the first week of training, associates can earn approximately$200 per day / $1,000 per week
, with additional earning potential as productivity increases.

Previous warehouse, freight, tire, or pallet-jack experience is helpful but
not required
