Our client, a rapidly expanding healthcare organization, is seeking a Special Projects Manager/Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This is a critical role within the organization that not only focuses on administrative efficiency but also offers the opportunity for involvement in various business projects. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving initiatives that contribute to the growth and efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a variety of business projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with different departments to facilitate project planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of project-related meetings and events, ensuring effective time management and resource allocation.
  • Play a key role in strategic planning, contributing to the development and implementation of organizational strategies.
  • Manage and prioritize project tasks effectively, adapting to changing needs and deadlines.
  • Uphold a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to projects and organizational plans.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior-level management
  • Demonstrated ability in leading and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • A professional demeanor, complemented by dynamic energy
