Project Manager On-Site

Representing one of the industry leaders, we are searching for an On‑Site Project Manager who report directly to the Executive Project Sponsor and will plan and execute their strategic plans, goals and ideas, including level of quality, safety, housekeeping, client relations, labor relations, subcontractor relations, etc.

• Primary On‑Site contact for client, subcontractors, vendors, Engineer of Record (EOR) and local governmental officials
• Supervise, monitor, and control construction through administrative direction of company's on‑site supervision to ensure project is built safely on schedule, within budget and in compliance with design details and specifications.
• Oversee the development, implementation and overall management of the Project Execution Plan and Quality Management System.
• Represent company during client, subcontractor, vendor & craft labor meetings
• Facilitate and chair monthly project planning, status, and progress meetings with the client and project investors
• Develop and submit progress reports as per contractual requirements
• Provide oversight and input into the development of the project schedule, review periodic updates with the company scheduler, construction manager and site supervisors to ensure the construction and contractual requirements of the project schedule are met
• Participate in the Plan of the Day meeting each morning
• Prepare & submit daily/weekly project status updates (budget & schedule) to Project Sponsor and coordinate input to these reports from the site supervisors.
• Ensure a safe work environment by providing the appropriate support to company's Site Safety Manager
• Have a thorough knowledge of the project plans, specifications, schedule, and budget

• A four (4) year engineering or business degree or equivalent combination of training and/or related experience. Must have 15 years of construction management and/or supervisory experience. Ability to supervise is essential. Must possess the necessary leadership skills that will enable effective performance in this position.
• Substantial construction field experience as well as the ability to perform administrative tasks
• Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record
