We are a 50‑year‑old, well-established manufacturer of high‑precision machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing a variety of super‑precision motors (AC & DC) using precision tools, gauges and equipment to meet exacting military‑grade specifications, and will also perform field service work as required.
Location:
Linden / East Windsor, NJ, USA
- Perform routine and induct acceptance testing of vane‑axial fans
- Test fans per MIL spec and customer requirements (TS630)
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment
- Perform variety of mechanical assembly and set‑up work
- Willing to travel to various customer sites for repair and field‑service
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Working knowledge & understanding of electro‑mechanical machinery
- Experience working with various test equipment
- Ability and experience reading detailed prints and electrical schematics
- Demonstrated organizational and communication skills
- Ability to use high‑precision inspection and measurement instruments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite with emphasis on Excel
- Ability to work independently with limited technical support
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- High‑School Diploma or equivalent
- Advanced education or training in an electro‑mechanical field
