Position Summary

The Facility Team Leader is responsible for leading and overseeing site maintenance and facility services to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role focuses on resource planning, minimizing R&D downtime, managing service contracts, and driving continuous improvement in facility operations aligned with Infineum’s objectives of safety, reliability, and value delivery.

Key Outputs:
What we can expect from you

  • Supervise the facility team, ensuring task prioritization, training, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and support for facility operations.
  • Manage equipment downtime for both breakdowns and planned work to support Business and R&D operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers to manage expectations on open and completed requests.
  • Champion reliability culture and root cause analysis to achieve equipment availability targets.
  • Own and optimize facility service contracts to maximize value and prepare for negotiations.
  • Demonstrate visible safety leadership across all facility and contractor activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute facility projects, ensuring timely delivery and resource alignment.
  • Maintain facility manuals and procedures for compliance and knowledge management.
  • Participate in audits to ensure documentation and adherence to standards.
  • Manage work permits, ensuring proper training and compliance.

  • 5+ years of experience in Maintenance, Manufacturing, or Project Planning.
  • Strong commitment to HSSE and operational excellence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
