Job Description:

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians at multiple skill levels (A, B, and

C) for our facility in [Location]. These roles offer a great opportunity for candidates with different levels of experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.

Responsibilities (Vary by Level):

• Tech A:
Lead complex maintenance projects, supervise techs, and perform advanced troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Food manufacturing experience is required.

• Tech B:
Troubleshoot automation systems, electrical/mechanical components, and assist with preventive maintenance. Food manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Tech C:
Perform routine maintenance, assist in troubleshooting, and support facility operations. Food manufacturing experience is nice to have but not required.

Qualifications:

• Tech A: 3+ years of food manufacturing maintenance experience, PLC troubleshooting, supervisory skills.

• Tech B: 3+ years in industrial maintenance, experience with automation and controls. Food manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Tech C:
High school diploma/GED, & 1+ years in industrial maintenance, mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn. Food manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
