• Shift Managers lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure excellent customer quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a significant shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Other duties as assigned to support smooth restaurant operations.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun with a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to manage our owner-operated restaurants.
