Join Target as a Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) and help families discover the joy of everyday life. The starting hourly rate is $17.50 USD, with a pay range of $17.50 - $26.25 USD per hour.

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting guests, solving their concerns, and making them aware of current promos and store activities.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately, while maintaining a clean and clutter-free work area.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy.
• Understand and show guests how to use features and offerings within the Target App, including Wallet.
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering, and know how to direct guests to enroll, activate, and use these features.
• Maintain a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.

• Communicate effectively and have a welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and remain focused and composed.
• Willing to educate guests and engage around products and services.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
• Flexible work schedule and reliable attendance.
