Job Description:

On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier)

Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) and be part of a team that helps families discover the joy of everyday life. As a Guest Advocate, you will provide exceptional guest service, work efficiently, and maintain a clean and clutter-free work area.

The starting hourly rate is $17.50 USD, with a pay range of $17.50 - $26.25 USD per hour.

• Communicate and interact with guests to build an inclusive experience
• Solve problems and make decisions to positively impact the guest experience
• Adapt to different guest interactions and situations
• Promote and engage around various benefits, offerings, and services

Your responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrating a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience
• Creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping with their needs
• Scanning and bagging guest items efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining a clean and clutter-free work area
• Working efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
