Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $30.00/hr

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company's products and services.
• Maintains the wholesale trading area in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
• Receives merchandise for the facility, organizes and maintains the wholesale trading area by following company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, and completing paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.
• Maintains safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Operates hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases, and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types.
• Assists management with the supervision of associates in the receiving area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, teaching and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates.
• Performs audits and completes audit reports by counting merchandise, researching variances or discrepancies, identifying and accounting for shrink or overages, and adjusting inventory counts.
• Schedules incoming shipments and tracks outgoing shipments to ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensures wholesale trade orders are properly received, processed, filled, prepped, staged, loaded, and released in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
