• Develop and maintain relationships with potential sponsors and clients through effective communication and outreach strategies.
• Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to engage prospects and promote sponsorship opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout the sponsorship process.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sponsorship agreements while ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance throughout the sponsorship journey.
• Engage in efforts to expand the network of sponsors willing to support immigration cases.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the organization's mission and attract new sponsors.

• Strong negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients' needs while securing sponsorship agreements.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Background in technical sales or inside sales is a plus.
• Ability to engage in inbound and outbound calling with confidence and professionalism.
• Strong customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.
• Familiarity with immigration techniques that can enhance our outreach efforts.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $35.00 - $70.00 per hour
