Key Responsibilities and Performance Measures- Prospect daily using in‑person, telephone, and e‑marketing methods.
- Generate qualified leads to sell FSL and Rental products.
- Conduct discovery interviews with prospects and customers to identify opportunities.
- Perform two new FSL proposals per week and achieve a 35% close ratio.
- Perform two new Rental proposals per week and achieve a 35% close ratio.
- Maintain customer and prospect relationships with responsive communication.
- Perform basic mathematical operations and interpret bar graphs.
- Understand basic financial principles, including residuals, amortization, depreciation, and P&L.
- Calculate and understand equipment costs, residuals, and payment structures.
- Prioritize activities and use time effectively to meet position objectives.
- Navigate ambiguity through active listening.
- Follow through a sometimes‑complex sales process involving multiple stakeholders and multiple points of contact.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Articulate complex subjects clearly and concisely.
- Maintain high responsiveness to internal and external communications.
- Bachelor’s degree or 8+ equivalent business experience.
- Experience generating leads using in‑person, telephone, and e‑mail tactics.
- Experience cultivating opportunities with sales leads.
- Experience selling service agreements and/or financial service products.
- Certified Transportation Professional
