Hourly Rate: $17.00
The Warehouse Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient fulfillment operations. Responsibilities include receiving, labeling, and storing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and fulfilling customer orders. The position requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities- Receive, process, label, and store incoming stock.
- Maintain clear records of all inventory and stock.
- Scan items into the warehouse management system.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and keep damage records.
- Organize warehouse space and ensure efficient layout.
- Prepare orders for shipment and pick items for customer orders.
- Record exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
- Operate warehouse tools, including powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
- Count stock, keep inventory records, and perform routine cleaning duties.
- Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized.
- Maintain safety regulations and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Accurately follow written and verbal directions.
- Maintain individual productivity and quality standards.
- Regularly lift, push, pull, and move objects 10–50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and sometimes sit, climb ladders or stairs.
- Operate in narrow aisles or passageways; tolerate environmental conditions.
- Have clear color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to work well under pressure.
- Work well with staff members and supervisors.
- Open, flexible availability; able to work various shifts and overtime.
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Familiarity with and ability to promote workplace safety.
- Experience securing and transferring cash or other assets.
