Occupational Therapist (PRN)

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our employee‑owned team at Victory Lakes in Lindenhurst, IL.

This position is open for PRN to cover weekdays.

• Establish personalized treatment plans and set goals that align with patients' needs.
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants to ensure effective treatment.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Work as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, creating life‑changing outcomes for patients.
• Build strong relationships with patients, their families, and the community.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is a bonus, but not required.
