• Exceptional patient care
• Interprets physician orders, performs initial evaluations and establishes treatment plans and functional goals
• Upgrade and amend treatment goals as necessary during the episode of care
• Written documentation on patient status to physicians per compliance guidelines of IBJI rehab
• Determine appropriate discharge timeline and follow up
• Supervision of Rehabilitation Technicians with patient care and administrative staff as needed
• Compliance with daily paperwork; PT/PTAs/ATCs are responsible for documenting all treatment in patient charts in a timely manner
• Stays current with billing policies and demonstrates ethical billing practices
• Maintains active state license by earning CEUs through outside courses and IBJI sponsored educational opportunities
• Develops positive relationships with the physician teams at IBJI
• Participates in patient care teams, office visits with physicians, and coordination with case managers
• Participates in programs sponsored by IBJI:
  Mentoring, clinical educator, special interest group, community outreach

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Licensed or eligible to sit for boards in the state of Illinois
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Professional and effective writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift greater than 25 pounds
• Demonstrates good understanding of proper body mechanics for lifting, pulling, pushing
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
• Ability to work on a computer for lengthy times during the day
