Franciscan Ministries in Baltimore, MD is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support adults with developmental disabilities in residential and day settings. The CNA provides person-centered daily care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, nutrition support, and safe mobility. Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting vital signs, observing and reporting health or behavioral changes, supporting activities and community outings, and maintaining infection control and a safe environment.
