Work Schedule:
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday thru Friday) (1/2 hr Lunch) Compensation:
Hourly $18.36+ (depending on experience) Position Summary
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for managing the accounts payable process with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This role involves using Mie Trak and Quick Books to process invoices and maintain supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and relevant tax regulations. Key responsibilities include managing mail, processing invoices, reviewing purchase orders, and onboarding new suppliers.
The Accounts Payable Clerk must ensure timely processing of all tasks to avoid missing deadlines and ensure prompt payments.
