• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions across multiple dealerships.
• Verify invoice accuracy and ensure proper payment authorization.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and support the finance team as needed.

• Experience in accounts payable or a similar role, with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
