Front Desk Receptionist

We're hiring a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist in Vineyard for an early morning shift that gets you home by early afternoon. At $16.00 per hour, this is a great opportunity for a dependable, people-oriented professional who speaks both English and Spanish and thrives in a busy, face-to-face environment.

• Greet and assist employees and visitors at the front desk in a professional, welcoming manner
• Support employee check-ins and manage daily front-desk traffic efficiently
• Answer questions from staff and visitors in both English and Spanish
• Communicate updates and information to supervisors and team leads throughout the shift
• Perform general administrative duties including data entry and recordkeeping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-desk area at all times
• Coordinate with internal departments to keep daily operations running smoothly

• Fluency in both English and Spanish — written and verbal
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality — this role is critical to daily operations
• Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, standard office software)
• Availability to work overtime when needed

• Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience
• Ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment

Monday through Friday, 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM

Overtime availability required.

$16.00 per hour
