We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who brings deep experience in SaaS, customer relationships, and account management. Someone who can confidently step in, put out fires when needed, manage complex customer accounts, and help us continue scaling our CS operations.
You’ll work closely with customers daily—ensuring they’re supported, their job ads are optimized, onboarding is smooth, and their partnership with Sales Draft is strong and successful.
What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage, nurture, and grow customer relationships with professionalism and urgency.
- Review client job ads, media spend, and performance analytics.
- Lead onboarding for new customers and ensure a smooth transition into active partnership.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly (we need someone who can dive in and take charge!).
- Develop success plans for clients and track their outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Recruiting, Media Buying) to ensure client goals are met.
- Identify upsell or expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate notes and activity logs in Hub Spot.
- Bring process improvement ideas to strengthen our CS department.
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
- Experience with Indeed or similar job platforms a major plus
- Recruiting or hiring‑tech experience preferred
- Someone who thrives in a high‑ownership role and can “jump right in”
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, evolving environment
- Proficiency with Hub Spot or similar CRM tools
