Restoration Technician

Alpine Cleaning & Restoration Services is scouting a full-time Restoration Technician in the construction / restoration industry to prepare, perform construction clean up, and restore disaster-stricken homes. • Be the first responder to job sites where commercial and residential structures have been damaged by water, fire, mold, and more.
• Assist with heavy lifting to clean up, demolish, pack-out contents, and prepare for a rebuild.
• Help bring homes and businesses back to their pre-loss state, sometimes requiring the use of a full-face respirator.
• Engage with homeowners and business owners in a calm, helpful manner and work proactively to save belongings and buildings.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug testing.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available for an on-call emergency rotation schedule.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Experience in the construction or restoration industry is preferred but not required.

The typical work schedule is Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm with a rotating on-call schedule (commissions are paid after hours & on weekends).
