Residential Construction Superintendent

Pro-Worx Construction has an immediate opening for a Residential Construction Superintendent.

YOU MUST BE A ROCK STAR AND WITH KNOWLEDGE AND DRIVE!

You must have extensive knowledge about residential construction and have 5+ years of experience in the residential construction industry, specifically remodels and basement finishing. We need someone who is organized and can get jobs done to our customer's satisfaction.

• Take the project from start to finish and keep it on schedule to be finished on time.
• Responsible for all scheduling of subs.
• Stay in contact with our clients about their job and handle any questions or concerns they have.
• Manage other employees on the job site, as well as temps, when necessary.

• Must be able to use a computer and scheduling calendar.
• Finish carpentry skills a plus.
• Sheetrock repair skills a plus.
• Must be organized.
• Must communicate well.
• Must take direction from others and be a team player.
• Some heavy lifting required.
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
• Must be motivated and a problem solver.
• Must be willing and able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week (overtime is paid).

• Company vehicle provided or vehicle allowance paid for using your own.
• Fuel / Expense card provided.
• Production bonuses available.
