TORCHLIGHT HOMES – SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
ABOUT TORCHLIGHT
Founded in 2023, Torchlight Homes is a growing residential construction company based in Utah, focused on building high-quality custom homes and executing thoughtful, well-managed remodel projects.
Torchlight is owned and operated by Brody Horton and Skyler Wilcox. Skyler is a graduate of the BYU Construction Management program and previously worked for America’s Home Place and Dannen Development. Brody has loved building since he was a child and spent years working in and around construction before founding Torchlight after a detour into other entrepreneurial ventures.
Torchlight currently completes 15–20 projects per year, roughly split between new home construction and larger remodel projects.
We care deeply about craftsmanship, clear communication, and treating clients and trade partners with respect.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The goal of this hire is to bring on a high-caliber Project Manager who can take full ownership of residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
This role is for someone who knows how jobs actually get built—not just how they’re supposed to look on a schedule.
Initially, the Project Manager will work closely with ownership to understand Torchlight’s standards, systems, and expectations. The expectation is that this role will quickly grow into independently running multiple projects, owning schedule, quality, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
This is not a desk-only role. Time in the field is essential.

- Salary range: $110,000–$130,000 (DOE)
- Company truck provided
- Phone and other job-related tools provided

- Opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role as Torchlight scales
