The Client Support Representative - Part Time supports Awardco users by ensuring the best possible experience with our product. This role is part time with an hourly rate of $15/hour and shifts available Monday–Friday from 5 PM to 10 PM.
Responsibilities- Fulfill client orders and assist with support tickets.
- Work directly with platform users, answering questions and helping resolve issues.
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone.
- Strive to ensure client satisfaction in every interaction.
- Positive attitude and work ethic.
- Friendly and personable disposition.
- Tech-savvy and quick learner.
- Problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, or Zendesk is a plus.
