This is a seasonal position until the middle of February 2026.

• Fulfill client orders and assist with support tickets.
• Work directly with platform users to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone.
• Ensure client satisfaction in every interaction.

• Problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with the following platforms is a plus:
