Service BDC Representative

Genesis of Lindon | Murdock Auto Team

Genesis of Lindon is looking for a friendly, organized Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to help customers schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs. You'll be an important point of contact for our service department, delivering the attentive, professional experience expected from a luxury dealership.

• Answer incoming service calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments based on customer needs and department availability.
• Contact customers about maintenance reminders, missed appointments, and recommended service follow-up.
• Coordinate with service advisors to communicate customer concerns and appointment details.
• Assist with scheduling service valet pickups, deliveries, and transportation when available.
• Provide general information about service offerings and direct technical or pricing questions to the appropriate advisor.
• Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and appointment information in dealership systems.
• Follow up with customers after service visits and refer concerns to service leadership.
• Protect customer information and follow dealership communication standards.

• Strong phone and customer-service skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Comfort managing multiple conversations and appointment requests.
• Confidence using computers and learning dealership systems.
• A professional, welcoming attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Previous automotive service, appointment scheduling, call center, or hospitality experience is helpful.
