Shifts available: Part-time and full-time night shifts from 6PM to 6AM.

• Implement care and activities of daily living (ADLs) according to resident service plans within the scope of your certification or licensure.
• Respond promptly to resident needs, pendant calls, and alarms.
• Demonstrate empathy and build caring rapport with residents.
• Promote resident independence and self-care.
• Deliver care according to individual service plans.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Conduct safety checks at the start of each shift and communicate resident status at shift change.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Complete incident reports accurately and promptly.
• Follow safety and infection control policies to prevent communicable illnesses.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment.
• Recognize and report concerns to ensure resident safety and comfort.
• Respect resident rights and promote independence regardless of background or health status.
• Address residents' behavioral and psychosocial needs.

• Current CNA license (preferred).
• Commitment to health and safety.
• Reliability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Physical stamina.
• CPR certification and fingerprint clearance.
