We are seeking an experienced Custom Cabinet Carpenter to join our shop team in Lindon, UT. This role is ideal for a skilled craftsman who takes pride in quality work, understands fine tolerances, and enjoys building custom pieces from start to finish.

• Build custom cabinets, millwork, furniture, and doors from shop drawings
• Read and interpret detailed plans, elevations, and specifications
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and accurately
• Assemble and fit components to high-end standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with shop leads, project managers, and designers
• Ensure projects meet Arbor & Ore quality standards and timelines

• 2+ years of experience in custom cabinetry or architectural millwork
• Strong understanding of woodworking methods, materials, and joinery
• Ability to read shop drawings and work independently
• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Experience with high-end or custom work preferred
