Packaging​/Shipping Technician

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Packaging / Shipping Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to be part of a team that creates exceptional experiences — one rider at a time.

As a Packaging / Shipping Technician, you will play a key role in the final step of the rider journey. You will:

• Carefully package completed bicycles according to Ari’s premium shipping standards
• Inspect bikes for quality, completeness, and presentation before packaging
• Apply protective materials and properly secure bikes inside shipping cartons
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packaging workspace
• Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to meet daily shipping goals
• Follow all safety procedures and shipping guidelines
• Help ensure every rider receives an exceptional unboxing experience

• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things right
• Ability to follow standardized processes and instructions
• Comfortable working with hand tools and packaging materials
• Ability to lift and move boxed bicycles (team lifting when needed)
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic computer skills preferred

Prior warehouse, shipping, or assembly experience is helpful but not required —
we’re happy to train the right person
