We are seeking a Marketing Funnel Coordinator to build, manage, and optimize high-performing direct-response marketing funnels within an eCommerce environment. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who understands how to blend direct-response strategy with a polished eCommerce customer experience.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing end-to-end funnels, including landing pages, post-purchase upsells, order bumps, and supporting email/SMS flows. Strong analytical thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights are critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities- Architect and optimize marketing funnels across the customer journey, from first click through post-purchase.
- Analyze funnel economics, including COGs, AOV, conversion rates, and overall profitability.
- Continuously track performance, run A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions to improve funnel efficiency and scale.
- Project manage the development of new funnels, landing pages, and lifecycle email flows.
- Optimize upsells, order bumps, and one-time offers (OTOs) to increase average order value (AOV).
- Partner with media buyers and content teams to align funnel strategy with traffic and creative execution.
- Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and reporting using project management tools.
- Experience building and optimizing direct-response marketing funnels for eCommerce.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Proficiency with Figma (wire framing, collaboration, and layout planning)
- Klaviyo (email and lifecycle marketing)
- Meta advertising ecosystem (performance awareness and funnel alignment)
- Shopify (eCommerce operations and integrations)
- Webflow and CRO platforms (landing pages and conversion optimization)
- Excel / Microsoft 365 (analysis, reporting, forecasting)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working closely with paid media teams or managing paid traffic.
- Advanced understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Strong copywriting or conversion-focused messaging skills.
- Experience scaling funnels profitably in a high-volume eCommerce setting.
