Ecommerce Growth Specialist – Wellah Nutrition

Lindon, UT | Full-Time Wellah Nutrition is seeking an Ecommerce Growth Specialist to drive online direct-to-consumer revenue by optimizing how customers discover, convert, and stay engaged. Reporting to the Head of Operations & Ecommerce, you will take full ownership of on-site conversions, product detail pages, AOV strategies, and automated post-purchase retention flows.

Key Responsibilities Build and launch high-converting landing pages and product detail pages (PDPs) rapidly using AI coding tools, Shogun, and continuous A/B testing.

Expand Average Order Value (AOV) and subscriber retention through strategic product bundling, upsells, free-shipping thresholds, and Recharge save flows.

Own automated Klaviyo email and SMS lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back) while tracking weekly metrics to align on-site offers with paid ad campaigns.

Qualifications1–2+ years of experience in e-commerce, growth, or retention marketing at a DTC brand or agency, with hands-on Shopify proficiency.

Ability to ship landing pages independently using AI coding tools (vibe coding) and basic HTML/CSS, alongside experience building email/SMS flows in Klaviyo.

Strong analytical mindset with a track record of setting up A/B tests, interpreting conversion data, and driving measurable LTV growth.
