Quality Manager – Gummies & Stick Pack Manufacturing

At our Lindon manufacturing site, we’re raising the bar in dietary supplement quality. From cutting-edge gummy innovation to stick pack convenience, we deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality products that consumers trust. As our Quality Manager, you’ll safeguard compliance while leading a team that drives continuous improvement, reduces rework, and strengthens our quality-first culture.

• Own Quality Systems:
  Lead compliance with 21 CFR Part 111, NSF/ANSI 455-2, SQF, FSMA, and ISO standards.
• Lead & Inspire:
  Manage and grow a team of QA/QC professionals, building engagement and accountability.
• Partner Cross-Functionally:
  Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure flawless product launches and consistent production quality.
• Drive Improvement:
  Use data, SPC, and root cause analysis to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Be Audit-Ready Always:
  Lead site readiness for FDA, NSF, customer, and third-party audits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in Quality Management in food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Gummies/confectionery experience a big plus.
• Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 111 and supplement GMPs.
• PCQI, HACCP, SQF Practitioner certification preferred.
• Skilled in data-driven problem solving, quality systems, and leading teams.
• Experience with Gummy and Stick Pack manufacturing is a plus.
