Overview
Position:
Store Support at The Home Depot. Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Individuals must work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers, be detail-oriented, have proven time management skills, and demonstrate integrity at all times. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers in the store and lot; direct customers to store departments or merchandise.
- Provide administrative services and support store operations as needed.
- Interact with customers and vendors as required; respond to product order status inquiries.
- Support cash management and program compliance as applicable.
- Detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively with associates, vendors, carriers; able to work with little to some supervision.
- Demonstrates high integrity at all times and focuses on store-specific business objectives.
