OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment. Experience in B2B sales, technology solutions, and account management is highly desirable.
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional value to our clients. We are looking for top‑performing members to join us. We are growing fast and have a passion for our work.
- Manage and navigate product demos with prospective customers
- Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery through close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing accounts
- Effectively communicate Sales Draft’s value proposition and ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer success
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales roles
- We Need Closers!! Know how to overcome objections, have sales training and know how to close.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Business development expertise with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Hub Spot or other CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines
- Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Knowledge of marketing strategies that support sales initiatives
- Ability to conduct effective warm calling campaigns and follow‑up activities
- Leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision‑makers at various levels within client organizations
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities
