In this full-time position as a Payroll Clerk, you'll utilize Winledge and Quorum to process payroll while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your responsibilities will include meticulously entering employee data, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and supporting audits. Accurate reconciliation of payroll accounts will help in maintaining the company's financial integrity and workforce satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll using advanced software tools

• Enter employee hours, wages, and benefits accurately

• Reconcile payroll accounts for management needs

• Collaborate with HR for benefits and payroll compliance

• Assist in audit preparations regarding payroll data

Requirements:

• Experience with payroll systems and accounting fundamentals

• Knowledge of Quick Books is advantageous

• Data entry and bookkeeping expertise required

• Familiarity with payroll regulations and HR processes
