Reporting to the Vice President, Service, this position works pivotal in planning and overseeing on-site activities. Your ability to manage document flow and communicate effectively will play a crucial role in keeping projects on track. Engage cooperatively with project managers for optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and coordinate tenders for jobsite efficiency
• Strategically source materials to mitigate delays
• Formulate methods to adhere to project budgets
• Assist with estimation tasks when needed
• Ensure all teams utilize current construction documents
Requirements:
• Completion of post-secondary education in relevant disciplines
• Excellent computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
