Service Project Coordinator Construction

Reporting to the Vice President of Service, your responsibilities will include collaborating with superintendents, clients, and subcontractors to facilitate on-site activities. This role demands effective document control and meticulous planning to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to objectives. Your leadership will directly enhance project efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate jobsite tasks and prepare competitive tenders

• Foresee challenges and manage procurement efficiently

• Formulate methods to meet budget expectations

• Support estimations as required by project needs

• Keep construction documents accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:

• Completion of Construction Management or Civil Engineering Tech education

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and communication

• Proficient in reading construction drawings

• Exceptional decision-making and teamwork skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
