Key Responsibilities:

• Implement health and safety protocols across job sites

• Conduct site inspections regularly to ensure compliance

• Analyze incidents and lead investigations for improvements

• Mentor project teams in best practices for health and safety

• Compile safety statistics for ongoing enhancements

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Health & Safety within construction

• Educational background in Occupational Health & Safety

• Experience with COR and Safety Group programs

• Strong relationship-building and management skills

• Proficiency in safety monitoring software tools
