Lindsay Construction is on the lookout for a Safety Advisor to join its team. This position involves ensuring compliance with legislation while managing safety obligations for various projects. You will excel in maintaining safety training records and conducting comprehensive hazard assessments to enhance workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with applicable safety legislation

• Promote a proactive safety culture onsite and in office

• Conduct safety training and maintain training records

• Perform hazard assessments and formal site inspections

• Implement and enforce site-specific safety plans

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of safety experience in construction

• CHSC or CRSP designation, or similar

• Knowledge of legislation within Atlantic Canada

• Experience with basic AI tools considered an asset

• Valid driver’s license
