Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario

Join Trillium Lakelands District School Board as a Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A.) in Ontario. This full-time role emphasizes collaboration and support for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a school setting.

This permanent full-time position works within the Special Education Interdisciplinary Team under the District Principal's guidance. You will apply your expertise in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to develop and implement effective behavioral programs and consultations.

Your role involves working closely with classroom staff, parents, and community agencies to ensure optimal support for neurodivergent learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in Applied Behaviour Analysis strategies

• Coach school staff in ABA instructional methods

• Develop behaviour plans with ongoing support

• Facilitate professional development for staff

• Attend and contribute to team and case meetings

Requirements:

• Relevant Master's degree or equivalent

• Active Certificate of Registration as a Behaviour Analyst

• Minimum two years of experience in special education

• Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder practices

• Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ Driver's License
