• Drive performance through strong team management to hit budget and improve KPIs.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering great service.
• Oversee safe and legal transport and distribution of equipment.
• Ensure all health, safety, and company standards are met across the operation.
• Support the wider branch as part of the management team – taking part in stock takes, reports, audits, etc.
• Ensure the hire fleet is in excellent condition, safe and ready for customers.

Prior industry experience. Training and support will be provided.
