Personal Support Worker – SE Health
We are currently hiring Part‑time Personal Support Workers (PSW) for community care shifts in Lindsay, Kawartha Lakes Area. Based on location, mileage and travel time to clients, travel time and mileage will be paid. Sign‑on bonus of CAD $500 is available for qualified candidates and best‑in‑class applicants may qualify for the Health Force Ontario Return of Service (ROS) program which offers a $10,000 stipend for eligible PSW graduates in exchange for a 12‑month full‑time commitment.

- Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW).
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN).
- Registered nursing student with at least two clinical placements completed.
- Valid Developmental Support Worker Diploma.
- Foreign‑trained healthcare professional – Nurse.
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to use for work daily are required.
- Full immunization: MMR, varicella, TB, tetanus and COVID‑19.
- Current vulnerable sector check (VSC).
- Current Standard CPR Level C certificate and First Aid.
- Availability to work on days, evenings and every weekend.
- The position is physically demanding and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting objects up to 55 pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching and frequent movement.

CompensationThe hiring pay range is CAD $21.50 – $24.00 per hour based on experience.
