Become a key part of the Information & Communication Technology team as a Help Desk Support Analyst at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ontario. This temporary, full-time role provides pivotal support for hospital staff.
In this crucial position, you'll deliver first-level service for all information technology hardware and software issues. Your ability to work cooperatively with staff and patients is essential. In addition to troubleshooting, you will assist in project work as directed, which may require occasional travel to Minden.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist staff with first-level IT support inquiries
• Diagnose issues related to PC hardware/software
• Support ongoing ICT projects as assigned
• Execute repairs on computer peripherals
• Maintain accurate records of support interventions
Requirements:
• Completed 2 years in a Computer Science program
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must fulfill physical job requirements as necessary
