- Education:

- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Work site environment
- Beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots
- Chicken farming
- Livestock Tasks
- Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas
- Direct farm feed inventory activities
- Direct farm grooming activities
- Handling animals
- Marking livestock as proof of ownership
- Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
- Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- Maintain livestock performance records
- Maintain quality control and production records
- Select livestock for sale
- Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Perform general farm duties Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
- First Aid Certificate Area of specialization
- Agricultural livestock service Screening questions
