Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care in line with established standards
• Document and report patient vital signs and conditions
• Assess and create individualized care plans for residents
• Monitor health ongoing and facilitate doctor referrals
• Implement physician orders and manage care accordingly
Requirements:
• Current nursing competence certificate required
• Registration eligibility with appropriate nursing bodies
• Preferred experience in long-term or community care
• Knowledge of infection control and health practices
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities
