Empower youth in Lindsay and Fenelon Falls at BGC Kawarthas as a Peer Support Youth Worker. This part-time position focuses on mentoring during after-school and evening hours.

BGC Kawarthas seeks a motivated Peer Support Youth Worker to help deliver engaging and meaningful programs. In this role, you will support the personal growth of youth, providing mentorship, and building relationships. You'll facilitate activities that enhance their well-being and resilience in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative youth programs post-school hours

• Act as a mentor and resource for young participants
